At Kavannah Yoga, you will learn asanas (yogic postures), pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), meditation, and other classical yoga techniques. As we work together to deepen your practice, you will feel improved health, vitality, calm, and alertness. Most importantly, you will have the tools to encounter your true Self at the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
Students of all levels and background, including beginners, seniors, and people with physical or emotional challenges, are welcome.
