Samadhi is the traditional goal of yoga, which refers to the integration of the personal self with the spirit, however we understand that. 

Samadhi for Seniors allows older adults to build strength and flexibility while engaging in intense spiritual practice, with the goal of attaining Samadhi. This unique program incorporates yoga postures modified for seniors, whether frail or active; yogic breathing techniques; deep meditation and conscious relaxation; sound healing; and yoga for improved mood.
